Do we actually need blockchain?

Often not, and we will say so. It becomes the right tool for a narrow set of problems: tamper-proof records, provable ownership, provenance and chain of custody, and automated settlement between parties who do not trust each other. When you do need it, the end user never has to see a wallet or a token.

Which networks do you build on?

The one that fits the product. We run production systems on more than one network and our API pattern travels between them, so the choice is made on fees, tooling, liquidity and the users you need to reach, not on habit.

Can our users skip wallets, keys and gas?

Yes. Most of what we ship creates a secure account from an email or a social login at checkout, holds the assets for the user, and handles fees behind the scenes. Sellout tickets and Merchadise membership passes both work that way.
