How we price it
Fixed fee
The defined build, design, build, deployment. You get price certainty on scoped work, and we own the delivery risk.
Hourly / variable
Only the genuinely fuzzy, data-dependent work, cleanup, imports, logic refinement, onboarding. You pay hourly only where scope truly depends on your data.
Managed hosting
We host, monitor, back up and maintain it, ongoing, so the system stays live and supported. Outcomes, not an IT burden.
We fixed-fee everything we can define, and go hourly only on the stuff that honestly depends on your data, because quoting a fixed price on unknowns just means padding it. It’s the structure a cautious CFO can say yes to.
